CHEMTRAIL/GEOENGINEERING LAWSUIT: Plaintiffs needed

Please take note of this as an example of one possible approach for Kauai...

This is a letter from Attorney Joe Marmon who is suing the Shasta County Air Quality District. Although I live in LA, I have included myself as a plaintiff in this case. Please contact Joe to take action against these crimes against nature and humanity...

"I am planning on suing Shasta County Air Quality Management District for their breach of their obligations to monitor and ensure the air quality is good for the citizens of Shasta County as well as those who merely pass through Shasta County and have been harmed due to the lack of adequate maintenance of air quality in Shasta County.

I have been an attorney for 24 years now. I am also on the board of the Placer County Sierra Club and am the Vice President of Environmental Voices, a non-profit organization concerned with ensuring a clean environment in which to live. I am a sole practitioner; however I do have a part tie attorney working for me also.

I am choosing to sue Shasta County first before tackling Sacramento County and the US Government, to test the waters and work out the kinks in my lawsuit before tackling the giants.

I will need to file a government claim prior to filing the lawsuit, which is only a procedural requirement to avoid being kicked out of court for the lack of exhausting administrative remedies prior to filing the lawsuit.

I will need some people to serve as plaintiffs to be named in the lawsuit as those people who have sustained some type of damages. Damages could be as simple as stress from observing the spraying of chemical trails from the jets. It can also be degraded water quality, or having damaged plants or gardens on their properties, or even some people lose production of solar power due to decreased sunlight from the film of barium, strontium and aluminum in the air from geo-engineering.

The only downside from being a plaintiff is that the county may have the chance of pursuing the plaintiffs for their costs if they are victorious in the lawsuit. Costs will most likely not include attorney's fees, but typically only includes actual costs of court filings, subpoenas and document and records production. I would guess that total could amount to no more than $2000 throughout the entire case. And we will always have the option to dismiss our case for a waiver of Shasta County pursuing costs if we determine that we will be unable to win the case.

My case will involve a lawsuit seeking monetary damages as well as Writ of Mandate which would be a court order, ordering Shasta County Air Quality to investigate and report on and ensure that they are doing all they can to ensure that Shasta County residents and visitors will have clean air free from geo-engineering substances. I do have two excellent witnesses available to testify in Shasta County. Two are 30 year scientists that are willing to testify to prove the contamination on the ground which most likely comes from the jet spray.

The evidentiary standard for the burden of proof only requires hat I p[rove that "more likely than not" the ground level contamination is coming from the jet-spraying overhead. The civil standard for burden of proof does not require the more difficult criminal standard of "beyond a reasonable doubt".

I will need about 3-6 people that would be willing to be named as plaintiffs. Dane Wigington believes that it would be better to have a hundred names, however I think that would be better on a Petition, rather than having those people named in the lawsuit.

Last week I came within a mile of being mowed down by a tornado in Ringgold, Georgia. Eight people died down the road while I was 

looking for a match to light my candle. Around three hundred tornados and three hundred people killed in one day - occurred on April 27th in the South.

I watch the sky. I spent yesterday in the eastern interior of Tennessee. At noon there wasn't a cloud in the sky. Then the seeding began.

Chemtrail jets were everywhere. Here is a picture of the sky by late afternoon. Today is completely overcast - contrary to yesterdays weather forecast of more

sunny weather. Looks like rain. Memphis is flooding today. The attack seems almost relentless.

Eight months and counting I monitor Kaua'i skies each day — alas, not for its intended, heavenly, crystal brilliance and deep-blue beauty but instead its sobering pathology. Kaua'i's sky, crowning the Garden Island, that evergreen jewel of Hawai'i, is but an apparition of its bygone self most recently suffering the indignity of near daily man-made persistent aerial contrail attacks that bleed rich royal blue into bleak blankets of pathetic pale particulates en-mass. Horizons blot as the ringed, midday sun hangs a bleached and smothered carcass.

Pop on your Polaroid shades and look up at the mess.

It is not bad enough the abuse to pristine, ancient soils and waters. Or even that the country is broke and our currency is dying or that the Anglo powers swindled these islands in the first place. Now the very air we breathe succumbs to wretchedness.

I do not know why this is happening. Candidates for who seem obvious for mere resources alone — who else but the military and its contractors? Scattered, semi-organized Internet groups slowly compile and exchange information, yet most folks are oblivious to this mystery or pretend to be. Because this phenomenon appears around the globe without answers from our leaders and governments, I suppose reasons our skies are manufactured so is the same reasons for evermore exploited lands and perverted waters — money and power. One conspiracy theory suggests the blanching of our sky is done for our own good — say, "national security", to protect us from something so egregious that our leadership refuses to reveal it at present to avert panic.

In 2010 alone, six million pages of US government documents went hiding behind the convenience of "national security". The shadow grows long in Washington.

I won't be writing any longer on this subject, my messages island-wide by now having come through. Others will surely take it from here, perhaps to finally alleviate speculation to tell the truth of the matter.

However, I anticipate unprecedented turmoil in 2011 — events, some surely related to our skies, others already underway that will quickly expand, still others will thunder down as life-changing shockwaves too close to home. These events reveal themselves shortly.

We find ourselves thick in interesting times. No longer is Kaua'i what I wanted or hoped for in my naiveté, a secret paradise — uncharted and unscathed, but perhaps still the finest speck in the Pacific.

My hope now is the human endeavor throughout presents its best aloha spirit to clear the air not but with its masters but its Maker.

Chemtrails thick over Poipu this evening

Another day - another spray.  So sorry to see this in Kauai. 

Watched an enormous thick chemtrail pass over the Poipu area this afternoon.

Pictures were taken around 5 pm on 4/28/11.

 

Talked to a local today who did not know about chemtrails.  I mentioned I read aluminum resistant GMO seeds are being developed and he said that made sense with Pioneer Hi-Bred leasing so much land on the east side to grow crops.  I did some reading online and found one site that is calling Hawaii the "GMO crop test capital of the world".

I really believe the heavy chemtrail spraying here has to do with the GMO crops they are growing.

Pink trail over Mt.Waialeale

I first observed a white trail over Mt.Waialeale at around 6:30 pm 04/27/2011.As the sun started to set over the mountain the trail turned pink at about 7:15 pm. It is hard to see in first photo but when it turns pink its kinda hard to miss.

On and on and on...   Dear Kauai Sky,   The photos of this little burst chemtrail is from around 1100 hours over the east side of Kauai April, 27, 2011.  I watched a jet aircraft at high altitude release this small trail above me as it flew SE toward Oahu.   Skies this morning are spotted with small chemtrail streaks and thick cirrus particulates near the horizon all above heavy natural cumulus clouds.  I can see particulates in the air against sunlight, particularly when I wear Polaroid sunglasses.   The chemtrail mission over Kauai goes on and on and on...   Yesterday's skies, around 1300 Hours, over Lihue were as bad as I've seen-- thick chem-streaks over Nawiliwili Harbor even glowed with the colors of the rainbow.  The sun blanched, encircled by mass particulates.  With any luck, someone shot photos of this event.   Air quality now is beginning to thicken again while mountain views obscure.

i feel that the government will help us make the spraying stop as they are essentially good people with hearts who wish to make a difference yet they are practical people and can only address this if properly documented. understandable even though i wish it were different. i spoke to the very nice woman in the state building and they just needed documentation and that why i made the kauaisky.

Chem Trails

We moved down from a condo in Princeville to Poipu and it seems like the chemtrails are worse down here.  We saw the trails in the morning and then the sky over the water was so hazy yesterday and today, late afternoon.

 

I hear next week is "chemtrails awareness" week.  I am going to post info about this on Facebook.  The public needs to be made aware.  Should I be concerned about backlash from the government by spreading the word?

 

I know they are doing this globally - but am especially sad to see them pollute the Hawaiian Islands.

We are here on vacation and were at Moloaa Bay yesterday.  Sad to see the chem trails.

It was a beautiful sunny Sunday in Chattanooga.  Seventy degrees and not a cloud in the sky. Unlike other days there wasn't one white line to be seen. The forecast for today was continued sunny weather. I came home around 10 p.m. last night. A bright beautiful moon filled the southern sky - a sky laced with at least twenty long white criss-crossing chemtrails. The sky this morning is filled with high scattered clouds. The weather changes so quickly here. Sunny one day and suddenly thunder storms and tornados. The guiet little creek in town rose twenty feet three days ago after a "freak" rain storm. And the jets keep filling the sky with white ??? Getting sneaky - doing it at night.

I live on the south side I have been photographing some nasty crap. Glad to find your blog. attached are some pictures I took the two of the rare view of Oahu overlooking the old koloa sugar mill appeared to be a very heavy spray day. then again what day isn't ???  I wish I had the dates and could probably get them for you if you wanted but the other photos are all within the last couple months. I have just recently became attuned to this atrocity. I desperately miss the vivid blue skies that we once enjoyed here.

Chemtrail: Exclamation point!

This chemtrail is shaped like an 'exclamation point'.  See how it transforms into a regular looking sort of cloud.   This guy was one of sixteen separate chemtrail formations over Kauai today April 17, 2011 between 10 and 10:30 AM.   It's a beautiful, sunny day.  Too bad the chemtrails are mucking -up the blue sky.

Even on Sunday:  no rest for the wicked   Month of April has been very busy for the Persistent Contrail Geo-Engineers over Kauai.  Though I did not photograph the abomination, I paid attention.  During these days, through winds and rains, visibility across Kauai worsened by the day leaving us mired in soupy air.  Persistent blue-gray smog blanketed mountains and valleys and obscured vistas.  Only since Tuesday April, 12, 2011 has the air begun to clear.  Finally, today, Sunday April 17, 2011, Kauai finally has the visibility and minimally compromised blue skies we are growing accustomed to, if you get my drift.   Now for the bad news.   Jet aircraft return this morning, Sunday April 17, 2011 1000 to 1030 hours to again work to transform our atmosphere to plasma.  Seems there's no rest for the wicked, even on a Sunday, as these photographs show only a fraction of the entire man-made mess.  Scattered, dripping splatters like steaming- streaming liquid spider webs blotting the blue sky en-mass.   Photos of sky over Kapaa to my north/ north east.    Have mercy.  If this is for our own good, something very big is behind a reason for this world-wide effort to change our atmosphere.

1:30 PM 21 March 2011  From my vantage point atop Wailua's wonderful Sleeping Giant I can see almost 360 degrees around from the east shore's Coconut Coast northward to Kong Mountain above Anahola then across lush green valleys of Wailua to the majestic heights of Waialeale Mountain over to Queen Ema's Bluff southward. Views well worth the effort of my hike to the top. However, if not for the unnatural blue gray haze obstructing these fine views-- a smog-like settling all around from heavy chem clouds above, the views would be, well, absolutely heavenly.  Not long after ascending to one of my favorite lunch spots at the summit, I was greeted by two fresh extra-long chemtrail streaks high above at an "eleven o'clock position" to the south. Insult to injury?  Mind you, the sky was already a mess, blotted pale with latent trailing over the last few days resulting in poor air quality with diminished visibility, but to make matters worse these two extra chemtrails seemed to be tossed in for good measure.  They quickly expanded, spread and mixed with the other cloud cover until completely inconspicuous to the uninitiated.  None of the other hikers seemed to notice, except my buddy, who said jokingly, "I like chemtrails today, they are keeping us cooler on our hike... good thing!" Funny, but I think she was right.  Without all the man made action I am certain the day would have been brighter and hotter. The other significant difference with mass chemtrailing days like today is that though the sky is filled with clouds there is little rain.  Under normal conditions with this many clouds and trade winds like today (10 - 15 mph) one would experience more scattered showers.  No showers were observed from my Sleeping Giant perch across the vast view plain and though the air looked moist in its blue gray color hanging about, it felt quite the opposite: dry.  So dry in fact I came home and applied Chap stick to my lips-- first time in years.  As a side note many members of my family have been experiencing more allergy and cold symptoms than usual.  Eyes, nose, throat and lung conditions that are more intense, lasting longer than they should.  For now I am chalking it up to cold/flu season but the air quality here on Kauai is beginning to make me wonder...  Giant 360 recap:  1:30 - 2:30 PM, Two extra long chemtrails over Wailua.  I experienced and observed winds 10 to 15 mph with lots of clouds (natural and man made) that did not rain and air that looked foggy and moist but was actually dry.

The Giant Sleeps in Dry, Blue Gray Blankets

Two photos from 3:50 PM 20 March 2011 Kapaa Kauai shows high altitude latent chem clouds/ persistent contrails above, beyond, behind fluffy cumulus clouds.  Lots of this combination over the last couple days blocking the sunlight but providing very little rain on the east side of the island.  Under normal circumstances with this amount of low cumulus more showers would persist.  Also, no coincidence that the chem smog and poor visibility has returned along with the activity overhead.  Notice Sleeping Giant Mountain steeped in a thick blanket of blue - gray air.  Visibility across south and east valleys poor.  This air appears a moist fog, but it is nothing like it.  More of a dry gas, it reminds me of Los Angeles smog back in the day...

Do you see the changes in our sky's?

March 13 and 14 were gorgeous day's,no chem clouds in sight.

Could this be right? What a delight it was to see ,no creepy chemicals falling down on me.To bad it didn't last. I guess that's all in the past. I am very sorry to report ,the evil mission they did not abort. March 15 and 16 our sky's were back to muck.  And all I can say is what the WTF.

The pic's are taken on the east side in various locations and times. The first pic is on the 03/14/2011.This was the chem free day if you will.The others are taken on  03/15 and 03/16/2011.On these days the sky had an eerie haze, you can see the obvious trails in some of them. Others have spread out more across the sky.
