possibly.. I've seen those videos about the prime minister of Japan claiming he was threatened with the earthquake machine (HAARP) scary stuff. Russia has one too I think. I even heard there was a mini one on kauai. Who knows. and if you did know what in the world would you do? what do you think? do you think it was caused by haarp? I wouldn't be surprised. I have heard theories that the rockefellers has infiltrated the US gov and UN for many years and he has been very upfront in his autobiographies about his goal to have a new world order - one world order. If they are the owners of the world bank then it could be very possible that they are in fact the ones in charge with the invisible hand of the stock market. Lots of power there. Also with chunks of the military having been privatized that means - someone rich bought those chunks and who knows the leverage and power they have to carry out their agenda. I pray it's not so but rockefeller speaks publicly on the "issue of overpopulation" and "the need to have a plan" .. is it the strategy to take over the world? and remove the unwanted people? To weaken nation by nation in order to take over? God I hope not. It seems that some people never think what they have is enough.
