Kauai skies November/December 2011 have been consistently tainted with mass geo-engineering leaving great swaths of the upper atmosphere with fake cloud cover-- often characterized with "rippling" now commonly associated with HAARP activity. The crafters of this secret crime are getting better at hiding their activity doing more work at night around Kauai leaving skies above a mess. But not this morning, they are back to the overt workings of in-your-face spraying-- nine jet fly-overs between 7:30 - 9:30 AM. This is unusual, however it has happened on several occasions in the past. Some jets left trails while others did not. They all appear flying nearly the same altitude. What gives?

Following Kauai's spraying for some time now and contributing to this site regularly, I am pleased to see many fellow islanders awaking to these aerial crimes.

Personally, over the last few months I have had to augment the pH of my tap water down (make more acidic) for many of my gardening plants due to uncharacteristic increases in pH creating an environment where mildews and molds can more easily thrive. The film "What in the world are they spraying?" explains this phenom quite well.

Monitoring pH is easy to do. But now I am convinced something is in the air that effects the ground and water. I'll explain. In the recent past, my tap had produced water typically around 8.0 pH. with a ppm (parts per million) dissolved solids of 75 to 90 consistently for months September 2010 to March 2011. But things began to change. During the following spring and summer I recognized spikes in both pH and ppm. Now regular readings are 8.6 to 8.9 pH and 110 to 115 ppm.

That might not seem outrageous to many but consider how much micro-material must be present in the air to change water and soil conditions (let alone human lungs, eyes, blood, etc). Why is it that cutting-edge health therapies now include "chelation" (extracting heavy metals from the body)? Yes, it's because our environment is toxic, including metals in the air. I predict the no-longer-so-secret science of geoengineers are guilty and will pay but not before the damage is done.

If you have a pH meter try an experiment yourself if you are able (I discovered the following by accident): I fill 10 to 25 gallon tubs with tap water (8.5 pH) in my covered, open-air lanai to mix water soluble nutrients and a pH down (white vinegar) to balance pH to around 6.0. Next, just leave it alone overnight or a couple days exposed only to the air (make sure no debris falls into it). Test the water. All three of my tests (even with cleaned, various types of container materials: plastic, porcelain, wood barrel) have shown incredible spikes up over 10.0 (10.8; 10.4; 11.2). How can this be? Water at 8.5 increasing in pH to 10.5 in less than 48 hours exposed to open air? Someone may have a better explanation. The air we breathe appears to be full of junk.

In 2008, a KSLA news investigation found that a substance that fell to earth from a high altitude chemtrail contained high levels of Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver. Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature.

The newscast focuses on Barium, which its research shows is a "hallmark of chemtrails." KSLA found Barium levels in its samples at 6.8 ppm or "more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA." The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality confirmed that the high levels of Barium were "very unusual," but commented that "proving the source was a whole other matter" in its discussion with KSLA.

The initial deployment, due to take place from an abandoned airfield in Sculthorpe, Norfolk, will almost certainly not take place before April.

If and when it does happen, the balloon will be allowed to rise to an altitude of 1km, tethered to the ground with reinforced hosepipe.

The pressure washer will pump water from the ground and spray it from the end of the hosepipe. Researchers will use the set-up to investigate practicalities such as how the balloon and the pipe react to high winds.

A planned series of further trials is envisaged, eventually answering the question of whether it would ever be practical to put large quantities of sulphate aerosols into the stratosphere this way.

The principle behind the idea is that high-altitude aerosols would cool the planet's surface by reflecting solar energy back into space, mimicking the effect of huge volcanic eruptions.

The 1991 eruption of Mount Pinatubo in the Philippines, for example, ejected at least five cubic kilometres of ash and gas which rapidly spread around the globe, decreasing the average global temperature by 0.5C.

Climate engineering - or geoengineering, as it is often known - is a highly controversial subject.

As well as aerosol injection, ideas include devices to absorb carbon dioxide from the air, giant sunshields in space, and changing the reflectivity of land through planting different crop strains.

Proponents say research is needed into these technologies because humanity will probably need them one day, as society is unlikely to keep greenhouse gas emissions low enough to avoid dangerous impacts of climate change.

The Spice team - drawn from a number of universities as well as Marshall Aerospace - calculates that 10 or 20 giant balloons at a 20km altitude could release enough particles into the atmosphere to reduce the global temperature by around 2C.

But opponents argue that even testing could have harmful impacts, that there are questions of ethics and international law that remain unanswered, and that even raising the prospect of geoengineering distracts from initiatives to curb emissions.

Helena Paul, co-director of environment group EcoNexus, said she was "really pleased" at the latest news.

"We are certainly not ready to carry out experiments, and this project should not just be delayed, but should be cancelled immediately," she told BBC News.

"This is particularly important because while the scientists involved keep saying that reducing emissions is the primary necessity, they risk distracting attention from that necessity at a crucial moment."

At last year's UN Convention on Biological Diversity meeting, governments agreed that geoengineering projects should not have an adverse impact on biodiversity.

But that was one of very few attempts to regulate the issue internationally, which opponents argue is a big missing ingredient given that large-scale deployment of technologies in one country could have significant impacts in others.

Research shows that the UK public share some of these concerns; in surveys, very few people were unconditionally positive about the concept of geoengineering.

Over the next six months, the Spice team will engage with stakeholder groups, discussing the ethical, social and legal issues surrounding their project.

The details have yet to be worked out, but discussions are sure to involve opponents such as EcoNexus.

However, Dr Watson said there was a need to divorce the concept of researching these technologies from their actual deployment as a climate "fix".

"My personal framing of this is that there is a very big difference between being keen to research geoengineering and being an advocate for deployment," he said.

"I am not in any way an advocate for deployment."

Political backlash to geoengineering begins

Political opposition to technologies that could artificially cool the planet is in full swing. A field test of geoengineering, planned for October in Sculthorpe, UK, has been postponed for six months. Meanwhile, the European Parliament has passed a resolution that "expresses its opposition to proposals for large scale geoengineering".

The delayed field test, led by Matthew Watson of the University of Bristol, UK, involves a kilometre-long hose that will pump water into the atmosphere. Larger versions of the device could pump sulphate aerosols into the stratosphere, creating a sunshade that would cool the Earth.

According to the UK's Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), which is funding the project, the delay was recommended by an independent panel to allow external parties to air their concerns.

The decision follows a concerted campaign by a Canadian NGO, the ETC Group. Last month they issued an open letter to the UK government calling for the project to be suspended. "We believe there should be a ban on all field experimentation until there's an international agreement," says programme manager Diana Bronson. ETC Group is not seeking a ban on theoretical and modelling work or lab-based trials.

The European Parliament's resolution was pushed through by Kriton Arsenis, a Greek Socialist MEP. If the other bodies in the European Union approve it, the anti-geoengineering statement could become part of the EU's negotiating position for the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio de Janeiro in June 2012. In theory, it could then be included in any international agreement that comes out of Rio.

It's not the first attempt to control geoengineering. In late 2010, a meeting of the UN Convention on Biodiversity imposed a moratorium on any form of geoengineering that might affect biodiversity. However this shouldn't apply to Watson's field test, says Tim Kruger of the Oxford Geoengineering Programme at the University of Oxford. "I don't think anyone could argue that spraying water into the atmosphere would have an effect on biodiversity," he says.

Nevertheless Kruger is supporting the delay, arguing that public opinion must be seriously considered before experiments begin. "It's very important that work on geoengineering is not just legally but also socially acceptable," he says. "We want to avoid the kind of backlash that affected GM crops and nuclear power."

CBS: Florida officials are abuzz as to how millions of honey bees were killed in Brevard County. Experts say pesticides might be behind the lost beehives. [Or, it could be a heavy dose of chemtrails. ~Ed.]

"The fact that it was so widespread and so rapid, I think you can pretty much rule out disease," Bill Kern, an entomologist with the University of Florida's Research and Education Center, told Florida Today. "It happened essentially almost in one day. Usually diseases affect adults or the brood, you don't have something that kills them both."

Florida Today: Charles Smith last saw his bees alive early last week. When the Fellsmere beekeeper checked them Monday, his heart dropped as he saw the mounds of dead bees spilling out of all 400 of his hives off Babcock Street, about a half-mile south of Micco Road near the Indian River County line.

Another beekeeper about a mile south found a similar amount of his bees dead, around the same time, Smith said.

"This is a total wipeout," Smith said as he opened the green wooden hives to show the destroyed honey. "This is all no good. It's been sprayed."

Brevard County Mosquito Control sprayed the area — just south of Deer Run subdivision — by helicopter the night of Sept. 21, said Peter Taylor, an operations manger for the agency.

But that spraying of dibrom droplets wouldn't have likely killed the bees, he said, because the pesticide only remains active about 30 minutes. They sprayed the area at about 9 p.m. that night, he estimates, when the bees would have been inside their hives.

Bees are crucial pollinators.

Farmers can raise avocado yields by 25 percent, for example, by using bees, according to the Florida Farm Bureau. They increase citrus yields, too, and squashes, melons, cucumbers. Cantaloupe can't produce fruit without them.

Like canaries in a coal mine, bees also reflect the overall health of the environment. The nation has been undergoing a rapid loss of bees over the past few years that may signal a decline in the health of the planet, biologists say, and a symptom of a much larger environmental problem.

But experts say the recent South Brevard bee die-offs don't fit the usual signs of so-called "colony collapse disorder." Usually, no dead bees are left behind in colony collapse.

Adult bees disappear from the hive, leaving behind the queen, boxes full of honey, pollen and a few other bees.

Scientists are studying multiple potential causes of colony collapse disorder, which some suspect may not even be a new phenomenon.

Inquiries have pointed to simple malnutrition, genetically modified crops, a mite that transmits viruses to bees, or some undiscovered pests or diseases.

Bees twitched and struggled Thursday among piles of their dead kin at Smiths lost hives.

"I rolled the dice on my whole life," said Smith, who switched back to beekeeping from construction and roofing a few years ago after the housing crash. He's got 32 years experience beekeeping, he said, and he's had small die-offs in the past, but never anything like this. "I will never get compensated for what I've lost."

I started researchin online and lots of ppl in different states same thing. govt spraying us with chemicals, aluminum to break down immunities of the weak...lower the population etc. Ive been feelin it in my lungs the last year ...was wondering why....these chemtrails started on Kauai about a year ago...its in maui etc. these are different than regular airplane trails so im learning. creepy

Abstract

The U.S. Navy uses aluminized glass chaff as a passive countermeasure for radar-guided threats to aircraft and surface ships. Over the last 25 years, several hundred thousand pounds of aluminized chaff have been released during flight operations over a training area on the Chesapeake Bay. There is concern that these releases have resulted in the accumulation of significant amounts of aluminum in the soil and sediment of this training area. This study compares the exchangeable and monomeric aluminum content of sediment within the affected area with that of samples taken from outside the training area. We found a less than twofold increase in the content of organic monomeric aluminum in samples taken from the affected area versus background samples, whereas inorganic monomeric aluminum concentrations within the affected area were significantly lower than background. These results suggest that chaff releases have not resulted in a significant accumulation of aluminum in this training area.

I also had a long talk with the photographer who just wasn't aware of
anything like chemtrails.

Aloha Nathan,

I just saw Dennis' photo from the Monday paper of the sky and clouds.
At first, I was excited, thinking that the paper is taking notice of
the strange cloud formations caused by military jets dispensing
aerosol chemicals into the upper atmosphere - commonly referred to as
"chemtrails".

But when I read the caption, the opposite information was conveyed :
"Nature uses the sky as a canvas with wispy clouds creating a skyscape
artwork, Wednesday during the Lights On Afterschool event at the Elsie
Wilcox Elementary School."

I called and spoke with Dennis this afternoon and shared with him
that, as a fellow photographer, I am very aware of the environment and
how it plays a role in my wedding photography. And have been alarmed
at the frequency of unusual "cloud" formations in the skies in recent
days, weeks and months. These are streaks left by jet trails that
balloon into hazy, thick steel colored swaths, often blending into an
opaque blur - obviously not the work of Mother Nature. And it would be
misleading, for the public, to be lulled into thinking that they are.

I have quite a few dramatic photo examples, mostly from the east side,
but I see them all over the island from north to south as I travel to
different locations for photo shoots.

I spoke with Rodney Yama, the director of Environmental Health
Services for DOH here on Kauai and he shared that because of his
background training in meteorology, he looks at satellite radar images
every day and has been seeing patterns that he can't explain.

Dr. Pang, the EHS director on Maui, recently came to Kauai and gave a
presentation to a packed house at Children of the Land in Kapaa, on
the health effects of "chemtrails", GMO's and other environmental
challenges we face here in the islands.

So I feel you have the basis for a very fascinating investigative
piece for TGI that would provide a great service to the community -
bringing attention to what may be a threatening health issue for our
island ohana. And perhaps contributing towards a positive resolution
of this issue.

Questions that could be investigated - where are the jets based? PMRF?
And if so, whose directive are they operating under? What are they
putting into the atmosphere...and why. Has an EIS been undertaken?
Why hasn't the public been informed?

This is, of course, a widely discussed topic and the web is full of
research, information, videos, still images and more. It is affecting
us here, on Kauai, our little dot in the middle of the Pacific. Where
our tourist industry is based on people wanting to get away from the
pollution of millions of cars, industry and busy metropolitan flight
patterns. Then they arrive and look up and wonder - what happened to
the clear, clean blue skies? What's causing this way out here in the
Pacific? There surely aren't that many commercial flights coming in
and out.

We spoke by phone a few days ago regarding concerns about excessive and frequent spraying of chemical aerosols in the skies over Kauai in recent days,weeks and months.

I was just at Lydgate beach and took these shots around 11 am this morning, Oct. 25, 2011. (The last two are from the post office parking lot in Kapaa).

I have lots of other dramatic images from recent times of the ballooning trails spewed by jets (PMRF?) crisscrossing the skies over the east side and the rest of the island. And the thick, hazy, steel like impenetrable veil that it creates.

I have been speaking to many people about these unsettling "cloud" formations and everyone seems to be aware that they are not clouds made by Mother Nature.

I am deeply concerned about the health effects of this relentless operation.

I wanted to send along these images quickly and hope that we can talk in the next couple of days and discuss a way to go forward with a Health Dept. investigation into this.

You may be aware that the Environmental Health Services director for the DOH on Mauai, Dr. Pang, recently gave a presentation in Kapaa about the adverse health effects of these "chemtrails" , which pollute the very air that we count on to survive. The public has not been informed of what is being sprayed, by whom and why. Yet, we are paying for it with our tax dollars. There is something very wrong with this picture.

My hope is to bring awareness to the public which will lead to swift positive action....before it's too late.

We all can remember clear, clean blue skies over Hawaii. It would be tragic if all we have left are memories.

What makes this depiction dangerous is that The Garden Island
Newspaper advertises to its readership this sky photo as "natural"--
when in fact the editorial staff at TGI has been given personal
testimonials and dozens of photographic evidence just like it of
chemtrail activity over Kauai for more than a year.

Does anyone believe this sky is "natural"?

Many people may if the newspaper frames it so.

However, if you haven't noticed, the upper atmosphere has been smeared
almost daily with a quite unnatural geoengineered cocktail of
chemicals. Persistent streaks across the sky is one thing, but now
great swaths of pale have dominated in recent weeks. I have been
documenting this activity since September 2010.

Rare now is a clear deep blue sky over Kauai.

As the clock ticks, as days turn to weeks and months, then years with
the skies filled with chemtrails-- and advertised as "natural" in the
newspaper of record, people will grow accustomed to this garbage in
the sky.

Like the frog in the pot of water over a low flame, by the time we
notice our demise it maybe too late. With no thanks to our local
media.

TGI is well-meaning, but this photo is not of a "natural" sky.

The People of the County of Maui hereby propose the following ordinance to preserve clean skies over the islands of Maui, Molokai, Lanai, Molokini and Kahoolawe.
Whereas, the people of the county of Maui recognize that geoengineers propose the global disbursement of aerosols and other particulates into the atmosphere for the stated goal of cooling the planet; and, Whereas, studies have shown that disbursements from stratospheric aerosol geoengineering and other such programs contain toxic substances with many unknown health and environmental consequences; and, Whereas, the people of Maui County have the right to be informed by full disclosure through an Environmental Impact Statement of the health and environmental implications caused by such programs; and, Whereas, any such program or experimental program with potentially adverse health and environmental implications need the informed consent of the people of Maui County; and Whereas, Maui County has jurisdiction over any deliberate disbursement of substances that enters our breathing atmosphere or lands on our soil, other than normal approved byproducts of industry, commerce and transportation; and Therefore, as a preemptive measure to safeguard the health and environment of the County of Maui, the following ordinance is proposed.

No entity may engage in disbursement of aerosols, chemicals or any particulate matter into the skies that may enter into the breathing atmosphere, enter into the rain or land on the soilsof Maui County, or engage in geoengineering, climate engineering or any other activity that may alter the weather or alter the sunlight of Maui County, without first presenting an Environmental Impact Statement that has been approved by the Maui County Council, and receiving the written informed consent from the Maui County Council.

Exempt from this law are approved byproduct of normal industry, commerce and transportation.

Any entity found to be in violation of this ordinance shall receive a mandatory $500,000 per day fine for each day that a disbursement violation is detected, and shall be subject to civil claims for health and environmental damages and clean up cost.

VANCOUVER, Canada - As continuing chemtrail activity culminated in massive aerial spraying over Vancouver Island and Washington state yesterday- and broadening plumes once again fanned out to haze clear blue skies - Air Traffic Controllers at major airports across the United States expressed concern over the emissions constantly showing up on their radar screens.

'Chemtrails' is the term widely used to describe the brilliant white trails laid down by U.S. Air Force tanker planes photo-identified over North America and a dozen other allied nations in a process the U.S. Air Force calls 'aerial obscuration'.

First confirmed by Airport Authority Terry Stewart at the Victoria International Airport on Dec. 8, 2000 as a 'joint Canada-U.S. military operation' and stridently denied by senior officers at Canadian Forces Base (where Stewart later told the Vancouver Courier he had received his information) - these multi-plane missions were verified in March, 2001 by the Air Traffic Control (ATC) manager for the northeastern seaboard of the United States.

In three taped interviews with this reporter and veteran radio journalist S.T. Brendt, our 'Deep Sky' source said that he had been ordered to divert incoming commercial flights away from USAF tankers spraying s substance that showed up on ATC radars as a 'haze'.

These radar returns are the signature of the fine aluminum particles found in laboratory tests of chemtrail-contaminated rain taken in Espanola, Ontario in the summer of 1999. The lab analysis found reflective quartz particles in the chemtrail fallout - and levels of aluminum FIVE TIMES higher than Ontario's maximum permissible health safety standards.

After NDP Defense critic Gordon Earle presented a petition signed by 550 Espanola residents to Parliament in November, 1999 demanding an end to aerial spraying by commercial or military aircraft, foreign or domestic, which appeared to be making many people sick, DND eventually replied, "It's not us."

The aluminum found in chemtrails over Ontario matches the 10 micron aluminum oxide called for in a 1994 patent issued to Hughes Aircraft Company. 'Welsbach Seeding for Reduction of Global Warming' refers to spreading highly reflective materials in the atmosphere to reflect enough incoming sunlight (1 to 2%) to slow rapidly-accelerating global warming.

Edward Teller, father of the H-bomb, called for this billion dollar a year 'sky shield' program after computer simulations at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory showed it would prevent warming over 85% of the planet's surface despite a predicted doubling of heat-trapping C02 in the atmosphere over the next 40 years.

But Ken Caldeira - the climate expert who ran the computer model - has warned that the stratospheric spraying of sunlight-reflecting chemicals could 'destroy the ozone layer' and pose human health risks.

CONTROLLERS CONCERNED ACROSS U.S.

Starting last December, on heavy 'spray days' Deep Sky began calling companion controllers across the country. Were they seeing the same thing on their scopes? What were they being told?

In a fourth interview with reporter S.T. Brendt last week, Deep Sky stated that Air Traffic Controllers at Chicago's O'Hare airport, all three major airports in New York, Los Angeles LAX, San Francisco, Atlanta, Cleveland, San Diego, Washington DC's Dulles and Jacksonville, Florida were being ordered to route airliners beneath formations of Air Force tanker planes spraying something that regularly clouds their screens.

Several smaller but busy airports at Westchester County in New York state and Manchester in New Hampshire were also contacted by this an increasingly concerned Deep Sky - and confirmed similar experiences.

Every controller, without exception, is being told to divert traffic due to military exercises , and to bring in traffic lower because of experiments that may degrade their radars. The controllers at Cleveland's airport were surprised by the extent of obscuration on their radars.

CHEMTRAILS SCIENTIST BREAKS SILENCE

Ohio is the home of Wright-Patterson - the air force base working with electromagnetic and weather modification technology. A scientist working at Wright-Pat recently told reporter Bob Fitrakis that two different projects are being conducted. One involves cloud creation experiments to lessen the effect of global warming. Other chemtrails are connected with the military's extremely high-power Radio Frequency beam weapon in Alaska called HAARP.

The scientist claims that the two most common substances being sprayed into chemtrails are aluminum oxide and barium stearate. When you see planes flying back and forth marking parallel lines, X-patterns and grids in a clear sky, that's aluminum oxide, according to the scientist. The goal is to create an artificial sunscreen to reflect solar radiation back into space to alleviate global warming. In some cases, barium may be sprayed in a similar manner for the purpose of high-tech 3-D radar imaging. (Columbus Alive Dec. 6, 2001)

CONGRESSIONAL BILL CALLS FOR CHEMTRAILS BAN

HR2977 is creating a 'buzz in the Air Traffic Control community. Introduced last October by Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich, this bill called for the peaceful uses of space, and a ban on 'exotic weapons' . Section 7 of the 'Space Preservation Act of 2001' sought specifically to prohibit 'chemtrails' .

Kucinich recently told the Columbus Alive newspaper (Jan. 24, 2002) that despite official denials, as head of the Armed Services oversight committee he is well acquainted with chemtrail projects. "The truth is there's an entire program in the Department of Defense - 'Vision for 2020' - that's developing these weapons, Kucinich told reporter Bob Fitrakis. The U.S. Space Command's 2020 vision calls for 'dominance of space, land, sea and air'.

Though "section vii" naming chemtrails, HAARP and other planet-threatening weapons has since been removed in a substitute bill - under pressure according to Kucinich - the original bill remains intact and on-file in the congressional record.

CONTRAILS VS CHEMTRAILS

The unusual white plumes reported by Air Canada pilots, police officers and former military personnel over Canada and the U.S. during the past three years are often contrasted by brief, pencil-thin contrails left by commercial jets flying above them.

Contrails form when water vapor clumps around dirt particles acting as nuclei. According to NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, contrails can only form at temperatures below minus 76 degrees, and humidity levels of 70 percent or more. Even in ideal conditions, contrails rarely last more than 20 minutes.

But atmospheric studies by NASA and NOAA - including TARFOX, ACE-Asia, ACE-I and II, INDOEX and Project SUCCESS - confirm that artificial clouds and contrails can be manufactured under conditions of low humidity by dispensing particles from aircraft. The smaller the size of the nuclei introduced into the atmosphere, the greater the rate of artificial cloud formation.

Controllers across the United States know from their professional training that these chemicals fall to the ground. Without exception they expressed their concern to Deep Sky about possible risks to human health,

"They want to know what the heck is in there," S.T. Brendt reported. "One of them said, 'Aluminum or barium' that's not something you want to be breathing."

Over the last few months, the controller have been told that the troubling aerial operations involve 'climate experiments'. Deep Sky's family continues to experience health problems, including his young son's gushing nose bleeds and episodes of 'Sudden Onset Acute Asthma' in his wife. ___

This is a letter from Attorney Joe Marmon who is suing the Shasta County Air Quality District. Although I live in LA, I have included myself as a plaintiff in this case. Please contact Joe to take action against these crimes against nature and humanity...

"I am planning on suing Shasta County Air Quality Management District for their breach of their obligations to monitor and ensure the air quality is good for the citizens of Shasta County as well as those who merely pass through Shasta County and have been harmed due to the lack of adequate maintenance of air quality in Shasta County.

I have been an attorney for 24 years now. I am also on the board of the Placer County Sierra Club and am the Vice President of Environmental Voices, a non-profit organization concerned with ensuring a clean environment in which to live. I am a sole practitioner; however I do have a part tie attorney working for me also.

I am choosing to sue Shasta County first before tackling Sacramento County and the US Government, to test the waters and work out the kinks in my lawsuit before tackling the giants.

I will need to file a government claim prior to filing the lawsuit, which is only a procedural requirement to avoid being kicked out of court for the lack of exhausting administrative remedies prior to filing the lawsuit.

I will need some people to serve as plaintiffs to be named in the lawsuit as those people who have sustained some type of damages. Damages could be as simple as stress from observing the spraying of chemical trails from the jets. It can also be degraded water quality, or having damaged plants or gardens on their properties, or even some people lose production of solar power due to decreased sunlight from the film of barium, strontium and aluminum in the air from geo-engineering.

The only downside from being a plaintiff is that the county may have the chance of pursuing the plaintiffs for their costs if they are victorious in the lawsuit. Costs will most likely not include attorney's fees, but typically only includes actual costs of court filings, subpoenas and document and records production. I would guess that total could amount to no more than $2000 throughout the entire case. And we will always have the option to dismiss our case for a waiver of Shasta County pursuing costs if we determine that we will be unable to win the case.

My case will involve a lawsuit seeking monetary damages as well as Writ of Mandate which would be a court order, ordering Shasta County Air Quality to investigate and report on and ensure that they are doing all they can to ensure that Shasta County residents and visitors will have clean air free from geo-engineering substances. I do have two excellent witnesses available to testify in Shasta County. Two are 30 year scientists that are willing to testify to prove the contamination on the ground which most likely comes from the jet spray.

The evidentiary standard for the burden of proof only requires hat I p[rove that "more likely than not" the ground level contamination is coming from the jet-spraying overhead. The civil standard for burden of proof does not require the more difficult criminal standard of "beyond a reasonable doubt".

I will need about 3-6 people that would be willing to be named as plaintiffs. Dane Wigington believes that it would be better to have a hundred names, however I think that would be better on a Petition, rather than having those people named in the lawsuit.

Last week I came within a mile of being mowed down by a tornado in Ringgold, Georgia. Eight people died down the road while I was

looking for a match to light my candle. Around three hundred tornados and three hundred people killed in one day - occurred on April 27th in the South.

I watch the sky. I spent yesterday in the eastern interior of Tennessee. At noon there wasn't a cloud in the sky. Then the seeding began.

Chemtrail jets were everywhere. Here is a picture of the sky by late afternoon. Today is completely overcast - contrary to yesterdays weather forecast of more

sunny weather. Looks like rain. Memphis is flooding today. The attack seems almost relentless.

Eight months and counting I monitor Kaua'i skies each day — alas, not for its intended, heavenly, crystal brilliance and deep-blue beauty but instead its sobering pathology. Kaua'i's sky, crowning the Garden Island, that evergreen jewel of Hawai'i, is but an apparition of its bygone self most recently suffering the indignity of near daily man-made persistent aerial contrail attacks that bleed rich royal blue into bleak blankets of pathetic pale particulates en-mass. Horizons blot as the ringed, midday sun hangs a bleached and smothered carcass.

Pop on your Polaroid shades and look up at the mess.

It is not bad enough the abuse to pristine, ancient soils and waters. Or even that the country is broke and our currency is dying or that the Anglo powers swindled these islands in the first place. Now the very air we breathe succumbs to wretchedness.

I do not know why this is happening. Candidates for who seem obvious for mere resources alone — who else but the military and its contractors? Scattered, semi-organized Internet groups slowly compile and exchange information, yet most folks are oblivious to this mystery or pretend to be. Because this phenomenon appears around the globe without answers from our leaders and governments, I suppose reasons our skies are manufactured so is the same reasons for evermore exploited lands and perverted waters — money and power. One conspiracy theory suggests the blanching of our sky is done for our own good — say, "national security", to protect us from something so egregious that our leadership refuses to reveal it at present to avert panic.

In 2010 alone, six million pages of US government documents went hiding behind the convenience of "national security". The shadow grows long in Washington.

I won't be writing any longer on this subject, my messages island-wide by now having come through. Others will surely take it from here, perhaps to finally alleviate speculation to tell the truth of the matter.

However, I anticipate unprecedented turmoil in 2011 — events, some surely related to our skies, others already underway that will quickly expand, still others will thunder down as life-changing shockwaves too close to home. These events reveal themselves shortly.

We find ourselves thick in interesting times. No longer is Kaua'i what I wanted or hoped for in my naiveté, a secret paradise — uncharted and unscathed, but perhaps still the finest speck in the Pacific.

My hope now is the human endeavor throughout presents its best aloha spirit to clear the air not but with its masters but its Maker.

Chemtrails thick over Poipu this evening

Another day - another spray. So sorry to see this in Kauai.

Watched an enormous thick chemtrail pass over the Poipu area this afternoon.

Pictures were taken around 5 pm on 4/28/11.

Talked to a local today who did not know about chemtrails. I mentioned I read aluminum resistant GMO seeds are being developed and he said that made sense with Pioneer Hi-Bred leasing so much land on the east side to grow crops. I did some reading online and found one site that is calling Hawaii the "GMO crop test capital of the world".

I really believe the heavy chemtrail spraying here has to do with the GMO crops they are growing.

Dear Kauai Sky,

The photos of this little burst chemtrail is from around 1100 hours over the east side of Kauai April, 27, 2011. I watched a jet aircraft at high altitude release this small trail above me as it flew SE toward Oahu.

Skies this morning are spotted with small chemtrail streaks and thick cirrus particulates near the horizon all above heavy natural cumulus clouds. I can see particulates in the air against sunlight, particularly when I wear Polaroid sunglasses.

The chemtrail mission over Kauai goes on and on and on...

Yesterday's skies, around 1300 Hours, over Lihue were as bad as I've seen-- thick chem-streaks over Nawiliwili Harbor even glowed with the colors of the rainbow. The sun blanched, encircled by mass particulates. With any luck, someone shot photos of this event.

Air quality now is beginning to thicken again while mountain views obscure.

We moved down from a condo in Princeville to Poipu and it seems like the chemtrails are worse down here. We saw the trails in the morning and then the sky over the water was so hazy yesterday and today, late afternoon.

I hear next week is "chemtrails awareness" week. I am going to post info about this on Facebook. The public needs to be made aware. Should I be concerned about backlash from the government by spreading the word?

I know they are doing this globally - but am especially sad to see them pollute the Hawaiian Islands.

It was a beautiful sunny Sunday in Chattanooga. Seventy degrees and not a cloud in the sky. Unlike other days there wasn't one white line to be seen. The forecast for today was continued sunny weather. I came home around 10 p.m. last night. A bright beautiful moon filled the southern sky - a sky laced with at least twenty long white criss-crossing chemtrails. The sky this morning is filled with high scattered clouds. The weather changes so quickly here. Sunny one day and suddenly thunder storms and tornados. The guiet little creek in town rose twenty feet three days ago after a "freak" rain storm. And the jets keep filling the sky with white ??? Getting sneaky - doing it at night.

Glad to find your blog. attached are some pictures I took the two of the rare view of Oahu overlooking the old koloa sugar mill appeared to be a very heavy spray day. then again what day isn't ??? I wish I had the dates and could probably get them for you if you wanted but the other photos are all within the last couple months. I have just recently became attuned to this atrocity. Even on Sunday: no rest for the wicked

Month of April has been very busy for the Persistent Contrail Geo-Engineers over Kauai. Though I did not photograph the abomination, I paid attention. During these days, through winds and rains, visibility across Kauai worsened by the day leaving us mired in soupy air. Persistent blue-gray smog blanketed mountains and valleys and obscured vistas. Only since Tuesday April, 12, 2011 has the air begun to clear. Finally, today, Sunday April 17, 2011, Kauai finally has the visibility and minimally compromised blue skies we are growing accustomed to, if you get my drift.

Now for the bad news.

Jet aircraft return this morning, Sunday April 17, 2011 1000 to 1030 hours to again work to transform our atmosphere to plasma. Seems there's no rest for the wicked, even on a Sunday, as these photographs show only a fraction of the entire man-made mess. Scattered, dripping splatters like steaming- streaming liquid spider webs blotting the blue sky en-mass. Photos of sky over Kapaa to my north/ north east.

Have mercy. If this is for our own good, something very big is behind a reason for this world-wide effort to change our atmosphere.

Report from atop Sleeping Giant

1:30 PM 21 March 2011 From my vantage point atop Wailua's wonderful Sleeping Giant I can see almost 360 degrees around from the east shore's Coconut Coast northward to Kong Mountain above Anahola then across lush green valleys of Wailua to the majestic heights of Waialeale Mountain over to Queen Ema's Bluff southward. Views well worth the effort of my hike to the top.

However, if not for the unnatural blue gray haze obstructing these fine views-- a smog-like settling all around from heavy chem clouds above, the views would be, well, absolutely heavenly.

Not long after ascending to one of my favorite lunch spots at the summit, I was greeted by two fresh extra-long chemtrail streaks high above at an "eleven o'clock position" to the south.

Insult to injury?

Mind you, the sky was already a mess, blotted pale with latent trailing over the last few days resulting in poor air quality with diminished visibility, but to make matters worse these two extra chemtrails seemed to be tossed in for good measure. They quickly expanded, spread and mixed with the other cloud cover until completely inconspicuous to the uninitiated. None of the other hikers seemed to notice, except my buddy, who said jokingly, "I like chemtrails today, they are keeping us cooler on our hike... good thing!"

Funny, but I think she was right. Without all the man made action I am certain the day would have been brighter and hotter.

The other significant difference with mass chemtrailing days like today is that though the sky is filled with clouds there is little rain. Under normal conditions with this many clouds and trade winds like today (10 - 15 mph) one would experience more scattered showers. No showers were observed from my Sleeping Giant perch across the vast view plain and though the air looked moist in its blue gray color hanging about, it felt quite the opposite: dry. So dry in fact I came home and applied Chap stick to my lips-- first time in years.

As a side note many members of my family have been experiencing more allergy and cold symptoms than usual. Eyes, nose, throat and lung conditions that are more intense, lasting longer than they should. For now I am chalking it up to cold/flu season but the air quality here on Kauai is beginning to make me wonder...

Giant 360 recap: 1:30 - 2:30 PM, Two extra long chemtrails over Wailua. I experienced and observed winds 10 to 15 mph with lots of clouds (natural and man made) that did not rain and air that looked foggy and moist but was actually dry.

The Giant Sleeps in Dry, Blue Gray Blankets

Two photos from 3:50 PM 20 March 2011 Kapaa Kauai shows high altitude latent chem clouds/ persistent contrails above, beyond, behind fluffy cumulus clouds. Lots of this combination over the last couple days blocking the sunlight but providing very little rain on the east side of the island. Under normal circumstances with this amount of low cumulus more showers would persist. Also, no coincidence that the chem smog and poor visibility has returned along with the activity overhead. Notice Sleeping Giant Mountain steeped in a thick blanket of blue - gray air. Visibility across south and east valleys poor. This air appears a moist fog, but it is nothing like it. More of a dry gas, it reminds me of Los Angeles smog back in the day...

March 13 and 14 were gorgeous day's,no chem clouds in sight.

Could this be right? What a delight it was to see ,no creepy chemicals falling down on me.To bad it didn't last. I guess that's all in the past. I am very sorry to report ,the evil mission they did not abort. March 15 and 16 our sky's were back to muck. And all I can say is what the WTF.

The pic's are taken on the east side in various locations and times. The first pic is on the 03/14/2011.This was the chem free day if you will.The others are taken on 03/15 and 03/16/2011.On these days the sky had an eerie haze, you can see the obvious trails in some of them. Others have spread out more across the sky.

Something's in the air tonight... again

Thankfully, relative blue skies returned for a few days and I have not observed obvious "persistent contrail/ chemtrail" activity above Kauai or the classic latent high altitude unnatural looking "chem clouds" either. However, within 24 hours of very clear air I do see a return of ugly, thick, blue - ish gray particulate air this evening at 1800 hours, Tuesday, March 15, 2011.

Again, perhaps it is water vapor, dust, volcanic material, exhaust and the like, but perhaps not. Very unusual air quality change regardless. Kauai has no sugarcane industry or man made activity that would produce this much material so quickly.

It is odd that some thing's in the air tonight... again.

Hello,

I have watched this lets's just call it crap like they do on www.aircrap.org - a great web sight by the way and so is your's Kauai sky blog.

we see the death dumps almost every day here on kauai.My boyfriend and I are shocked and angered that this is allowed to take place with out consent of the people whom a lot are still not aware of of this attack on humanity.

I would like to help in any way to bring awareness to this reality. I have attached some pictures that I took on Tues March 8 2011. As we looked up at the fake clouds it almost looked like spider webs and cat scratches so bizarre ! the pic's are taken at the east side of the island near Sleeping Giant.

Photos taken on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 of sky over east Kauai 6:15 to 6:40 PM. Chemtrails ripping everywhere spread across the sky like an attack!

An all out attack.

Notice the worm shaped strands hanging in the sky with their "dripping" tails. More standard chems (straight lines across the sky) were off in the far distance to the south and west. What you see in the pics sent last night are high atmosphere inundation revealed from behind parting cumulus. A 360 degree event with a myriad of attributes: broken fodder; stripes; dripping; puffs with unnatural shapes; wide, massive smearing. Absolutely stunning evening sky. If I didn't know any better I'd think of the glory of nature. I have 40 - 45 photos of this event. Hopefully some one else on island captured this.

This morning Wednesday, March 9 2011, 0815 - 0830 we have high dense gray cloud cover with two very large loud jet pass overs. And I do not mean ambient noise from Lihue airport or thunder. I have come now to recognize jet aircraft passing over my neighborhood.

0905... another jet just passed over above the cloud layer towards the south side of my house.

0912... another to the east...

I want it to stop so that I can move on to the many other things in life I enjoy. However, I feel dutiful to capture evidence of this mysterious activity. It is dreadful to me, and receive no enjoyment from it.
